Shipping costs vary according to the country of destination and are free above the thresholds indicated below:

DUTIES AND TAXES

In the countries indicated in the table above with “Duties and taxes included”, the customer will not be asked for any costs for customs clearance of the goods or payment upon delivery. Any duties and/or taxes are already included in the final price.
For shipments to China only, you may need to use a broker to clear your shipment. The related costs are beyond our control and will be borne by the customer.

In the countries indicated in the table above with “Duties and taxes not included”, the customs costs are charged to the customer and will be calculated by the Courier at the time of delivery of the shipment. The price shown for each item does not include VAT.

Alternatively, you can choose the option I will use an express courier of my choice at my expense and send the items to be returned to the following address:

In this case, BESOZZICALZATURE.COM declines all responsibility for any loss, damage due to bad packaging or delay in delivery of the return.

ORDER DELIVERY INFORMATION

We cannot ship an order to a country other than the one indicated in the billing address.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Personal Mailboxes, APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) military bases.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We are committed to respecting the estimated times for deliveries, but during the periods of Sales or Promotions, due to the large traffic of orders, order management may be delayed. Furthermore, couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays. In these cases we will guarantee you our assistance for any of your doubts or needs.

PACKAGE TAMPERING

In the event that the order is not delivered because the address or telephone number is incorrect or absent, the package could be returned to BESOZZICALZATURE.COM at your expense, including any cost that BESOZZICALZATURE.COM has to bear for the return of the goods. These expenses will be deducted in the event of a refund. If you have any questions about it, please contact our Customer Care.

DELIVERY FAILURE

If the package is tampered with, we advise you to accept the package “with reserve” (it is your right) or refuse it. In the event that one of these conditions occurs, contact us as soon as possible: we will need useful information to report the incident to the reference courier.

ORDER DELIVERY

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment.
If, for any reason, the box with the BESOZZI CALZATURE print or some parts of the packaging appear to have been tampered with, customers are asked to sign the acknowledgment of receipt with reserve, or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unrecognized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact BESOZZICALZATURE.COM at ecommerce@besozzicalzature.it
If a reception or concierge is available at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the staff present.
If the package and/or the items inside are damaged, or if an item indicated on the delivery note is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.
Any dispute regarding damage, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by BESOZZICALZATURE.COM within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date shown on the courier’s website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with BESOZZI CALZATURE and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons depending on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
