Returns and Refunds
The customer is protected by Italian legislation, if for any reason he is not satisfied with his purchase he can exercise his right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005) under the following conditions and within the pre-established terms.
You can return your items without ever having used them within 14 days from the delivery date and receive a refund of the price of the items or a store credit to be used on the entire catalogue, without time limits. Items cannot be exchanged. The items to be returned must be shipped from the same country in which you received them.
RETURN OPTIONS
You can return your items using the EASY RETURN service, offered by BESOZZICALZATURE.IT, with home collection organized by one of our couriers. To complete the return procedure, simply contact us at the following email ecommerce@besozzicalzature.it
Depending on the country you are returning from, you may be required to print the invoice.
The EASY RETURN service is free in Italy.
In all other countries, the costs vary as indicated in the following table:

In this case, BESOZZICALZATURE.IT declines all responsibility for any loss, damage due to bad packaging or delay in delivery of the return.
PREPARE YOUR RETURN
As soon as you have filled out the request, you can prepare your package.
Pack the items safely in the box sent by BESOZZICALZATURE.IT. If this is not possible, use a neutral and resistant box, to ensure that the items arrive intact. If the items are damaged, we will not be able to accept your return.
Check that each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and that it is packed carefully and in an orderly manner.
Check that all the original labels are perfectly intact and that they have not been removed from the garment.
Each returned garment can only be worn for proof of the same. It must not have been worn for other purposes or washed, ironed, and/or treated in any way.
Footwear must be tried on on a clean carpet or surface and must be returned in their original box. The original box is considered an integral part of the product and for this reason it must not be damaged and cannot be used as the only external packaging.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In case of a defective or damaged item, contact our Customer Care immediately. We kindly ask you to provide us with detailed information on the defect you are experiencing and to send us photos. Our team will review your request and provide a solution to the problem as soon as possible.
REFUND
Once the return has been received, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met: if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will issue the refund, which will be made through the same payment method used during the purchase, excluding any shipping costs .
The refund usually takes place after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank.
If the order was paid on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
As an alternative to a refund, you can choose to receive a Store Credit – equal to the amount of the returned item – to be used on the entire catalog and without time limits.
